Function of Job

Under direct supervision from a designated supervisor, to perform routine food service duties.

Characteristic Duties and Responsibilities

1. assists in the preparation of all foods, including meats, fish, fruits, vegetables, and other food for serving

2.   washes dishes

3. cleans tables, pans, and dishes

4.   serves food

5.   cares for kitchen equipment

6.   performs bus service

7.   performs other related duties as assigned
